She helps to harvest saffron in medieval San Gimignano and visits one of the most famous gelaterias in the region. Inspired by her journey Michela makes decadent fresh saffron tagliatelle with a prawn and clam sauce, Chiappa family favorite meatball skewers, and affogato.
