JLS, Pixie Lott, and Becky Hill are among the artists confirmed to play at a new music festival in Kent in August.

Canterbury Live will take place at the St Lawrence Ground from 7-9 August, with organisers expecting about 40,000 people to attend over the weekend.

JLS and Pixie Lott will perform on the Friday night, while artists including Becky Hill, Madness and The Ordinary Boys will take to the stage across the weekend.

A spokesperson for promoter Supermodified said the festival aimed to bring people together for an "unforgettable weekend of live music in a truly special setting".
