This afternoon will stay hot with plenty of sunshine and very little cloud around. A light to gentle easterly breeze. A chance of some patchy cloud near the coasts.

Tonight

Skies will remain widely clear for much of the night. However closer to dawn, areas of thick low cloud, mist and fog will drift in from the North Sea becoming established over the coasts.

Saturday

Thick low cloud, mist and fog will persist on the coasts tomorrow morning with the fog later lifting but the cloud persisting throughout. Inland parts will stay sunny and very warm.

Outlook for Sunday to Tuesday

Any patch of low cloud and fog will lift on Sunday morning to leave plenty of sunshine thereafter. Some low cloud, mist and fog will return in the evening and overnight into Monday morning but will disperse to leave a sunny rest of the day. Overcast with drizzle in places on Tuesday. Some sunny breaks possible into the afternoon. Cooler under easterly winds.
