D R Congo government spokesperson, Patrick Muyaya, speaks to Focus on Africa about the instability in his country and insists neighbouring Rwanda is backing the M23 rebels despite Rwanda consistently denying such claims. He also says he believes it is in the interest of several parties to prolong the instability in the mineral-rich country.
