Not exactly. Although the show will no longer be broadcast in the UK, the TOTP brand will live on. It will still be shown in the international territories that buy it (see here for an explantion on international territories).

Also, there will be a Christmas 2006 special, and Top Of The Pops 2 will still transmit, although a regular slot has not yet been allocated for it.
