Reports that Uganda’s army is training Tigrayan forces are ‘not true’

Uganda's army spokesperson emphatically denies training or supporting Ethiopian rebels.

Uganda's military emphatically denies Uganda is attempting to destabilise Ethiopia. The army spokesperson says reports that they are training Tigrayan forces are “not true at all.”

We hear from the information minister from South Sudan’s Warrap state where there have been a number of deaths due to chronic food shortages.
