Matt Tebbutt dishes up a delicious seasonal menu from favourite Saturday Kitchen chefs.

Paul Ainsworth tosses Cornish crab with squid ink spaghetti, overnight tomatoes and a good hit of garlic and chilli. Ben Tish cooks up grilled bavette steak marinated in mint, fennel and balsamic vinegar, served with braised courgettes and a fresh hit of gremolata.

Jane Dunn has three twists on the classic scone recipe with apples, blueberries, cranberries and white chocolate. Sabrina Ghayour serves ricotta dumplings with a smoked aubergine and roasted red pepper dip, and Georgina Hayden prepares a delicious chicken recipe. And Nick Mohammed tucks into either his food heaven, a trio of Chinese takeaway classics, or his food hell, rice pudding with strawberry compote.
