Marcus’s time in Saint-Remy is nearly at an end, and if there's one thing he’s learnt, it's when it comes to food, keep it simple. Now, he’s been invited to a local farm party, but the catch is he has to bring a dish - so he needs inspiration for a celebratory but simple recipe to say farewell to all the friends he’s made in Provence.
