O'Kane, 20, has signed a one-year contract with the option of a further 12 months following the expiry of his deal with the National League North champions.
Nolan, 25, scored 19 goals in 39 National League appearances last season but it was not enough to prevent the Shrimps succumbing to their second consecutive relegation.

Newly-promoted Kidderminster Harriers have made their first permanent signing in preparation for their return to the National League by agreeing a deal for attacking midfielder Callum Dolan.
The 25-year-old played at Torquay United under new Harriers boss Paul Wotton, who was appointed as Adam Murray's replacement a week ago, and was part of the Gulls side that lost the National League South play-off final to miss out on promotion.
But Dolan, who has loan spells with Fleetwood Town in League One and Oldham and Altrincham in the National League, will get the chance to play in the top tier of non-league football again.
"He's a player I trust," Wotton told the club website.
"He can play in three positions, in midfield, as a 10 and he can play wide. He wants to win and will put his foot in, but he's got ability as well."
