Jason Mohammad takes your calls on Swansea high street, pavement parking and scattering ashes.

The Phone In

Available for 26 days

Marks and Spencer in Swansea is preparing to shut after almost 100 years. It was a staple in the city’s high street, but it now joins other stores like Zara, Next and Debenhams which have all closed. Swansea Council says it's investing millions to regenerate the area, but are you worried about the future of the high street in our second largest city? Local councils across England will soon have the power to fine drivers for parking on the pavement. Under the new rules, instead of relying on police enforcement, councils will take charge by using civil enforcement officers to monitor and fine offenders. Would you like to see this implemented across Wales? Is pavement parking an issue where you’re from? And finally… have you thought about where you’d like to have your ashes scattered? Well, one company is offering to press your ashes into a playable vinyl record! We’ll speak to them after 1:30 today. Call or WhatsApp 03700 100 110 or Text 8 10 12. Be part of the nation's conversation.
