Delyth Lloyd presents live Premier League commentary of Chelsea against Manchester City at Stamford Bridge.

Delyth will be joined by Sportsworld's Mani Djazmi and the former Chelsea, Fulham and Australia goalkeeper Mark Schwarzer to build up to the commentary game, as well as discussing Sunday's other three Premier League games and the weekend's other big talking points.

Sportsworld will also discuss the final round of the Masters at Augusta, the final of the Monte Carlo, and reflect on Tyson Fury's return to the boxing ring against Arslanbek Makhmudov.
