Oil prices plunge as Iran says Strait of Hormuz 'open'

The Iranian Foreign Minister, Abbas Araghchi has announced the Strait of Hormuz will be open to all commercial vessels while Israel's ceasefire in Lebanon is in place. President Trump has insisted the opening of the Strait of Hormuz is not subject to the Lebanese ceasefire. We speak to our business, security and Middle East correspondents.
