South Africa make history in ministerial appointment

The President of South Africa, Cyril Ramaphosa has announced the names of the ministers and for the first time in history, half of all ministers are women including outspoken opposition politician and former Mayor of Cape Town Patricia de Lille.
And the African Continental Free Trade Area is now open for business, after 24 countries signed an agreement to create one African market.
