What next for The Raven Hotel?

The building's owner has been issued with a timetable to demolish the dangerous parts of the Grade II listed building, following the fire in August 2025.

Live Urban Two Limited has also been ordered to carry out any other preservation work needed to make the property safe.

Following legal action by Wychavon District Council, councillors have the power to step in if the timetable is not met, complete the work themselves and recover the full cost.
