World record holder now looking to help people with ADHD
Andy Stone, from Eccleshall, on using his experiences to help others with ADHD. Andy has spent the last few years setting himself incredible challenges, following him getting sober, to help raise awareness of addiction and mental health.That included running a World-Record 70 triathlons in 75 days. He says ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder) was the cause of his addiction, and he is now keen to help others.
