PSNI to use their discretion on need to leave home for exercise

PSNI Assistant Chief Constable Alan Todd says anyone travelling from home for exercise, if they do not need to, is in breach of lockdown restrictions. He says his officers will use their discretion to assess what a legitimate “need” is.
