‘Islam doesn’t say that a woman has to be confined to her house’

Sanjida and her religious cousin who is a Hafez or Koranic scholar in their village in South West Bangladesh. The pair, both in their early twenties, constantly argue over a woman’s place in society yet remain good friends.
