A report by two of Wales’s children’s hospices is warning that the parents of young people with life shortening conditions are being "pushed to the limits” – because they don't know about hospice care or they aren't being told what they can offer. They are calling for change – so families can access the support they need, without reaching crisis point. Tell us about your experiences of hospice care. How have they helped you and your family?
