A new plan is being announced today that will see troublemakers given 'Railway Behaviour Notices' which would ban them from certain stations for up to a year. The Railway Delivery Group, which represents train companies, say that will immediately make things safer for passengers and staff. So, have you ever had to deal with anti-social behaviour on a train or at a station? Are ‘train ASBO’s’ the answer?
