Tell us about yourself: Almost retired Head Guide at a stately home actress broadcasting in young years public speaker.
Whats your story about? One very scary experience during city blitz escaped into garden to find doll called Poppy bombs gunfire really terrified. Sister rescued me and saved my doll.
Why did you choose to tell this particular story? Its my one vivid memory of WW2.
Any additional comments? Never thought I would have the chance of such a fabulous experience this far into my life living is the right word.
