"I stumbled across the first episode and thought it would be a gentle drama we could watch as a family. How wrong I was. I'm not a prude and have no objections to minor swearing on the TV, but not at 8pm. Come on BBC, have you moved the watershed without telling anyone? Either move the programme to a later time or warn viewers that the characters use unnecessary profanities."

"What trot, the BBC can come up with better than this for Sunday evenings. It's not much better than an Aussie soap. Previous Sunday evening light dramas have been quirky, fun and entertaining. This left me very disappointed. A dull, predictable, and unlikely plot. I hope it doesn't make a second series."

Yet in this episode the post operation needed of both the kitten and the dog were neglected while the team discussed their love lives and non-related issues. By all means have a chit-chat after the patient is safely installed in recovery."
