Here's your opportunity to take a look at Devon from a very different perspective.

Our cameras have been filming from a helicopter high above Devon's countryside and coastlines.

Connecting Devon and Cornwall

Plymouth

We swoop in past Drake's Island and Plymouth Hoe unfolds in front of us, with Smeaton's Tower, the row of flags and the war memorial dominating the skyline.

Our trip takes us over the Royal Citadel and then back up the Tamar to the Tamar Bridge.

The coast road splits the sea and Slapton Ley

Slapton and Hallsands

Some great views of Slapton Ley and Torcross as well as a flight along the coast to see the ruined village of Hallsands, washed into the sea many years ago.

We fly in from the north to see the coast road slicing the view between the sea and the nature reserve.

Burgh Island from the air

South Devon

This flight takes in three great views. We start by circling the lighthouse at Start Point before following the coastline towards Salcombe where the estuary is captured in all its splendour.

A few seconds later we catch some waves with the surfers at Bigbury.

Not many people will have enjoyed the same view of Burgh Island as this video offers.

The villages of Lynton and Lynmouth

Lynton and Lynmouth

Swooping low over the Valley of the Rocks, we rise high above the villages of Lynton and Lynmouth before heading back for another trip along the ridge of the hills.

Coming in from the seaward side you can really appreciate the rugged cliffs and rock formation.
